and following school closure dates.  A full 6 week session provides 12 workouts.

DAILY CONDITIONING

An introduction to overall fitness, has participants engaging in basic fitness activities combined with demonstration of, and possible progressive participation in, basic dynamic warm-up skills, plyometric/agility skill exercises, powerlifting movements, and weightlifting movements. The information and activities will be structured in such a manor as to ensure safety, learning, an increase in fitness level, and instill a lifelong love of both fitness and resistance tranining:

  • General Warm-up
  • Mobility/Stability
  • Specific Warm-up
  • Balance, Strength &, Power Training
  • Flexibility/Mobility

COST: $150.00 / 6 week session Fall, Winter, Spring, and Summer
