The Family & Consumer Sciences Department offers courses that cater to the skills of living.  Students have the opportunity to take courses that introduce them to the fundamentals of cooking skills, leading to more advanced courses specific to assorted genres of culinary delight.  Other courses offered by the FACS department introduce students to design skills in fashions and interiors, as well as life skills in courses that prepare students for life on their own after high school.  Please visit our department website for full descriptions of all courses.
