SUMMER SPEED CAMP
Tuesdays and Thursdays 10 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
for
HMS/HHS STUDENTS 

DAILY CONDITIONING

An introduction to overall fitness. Participants will engage in basic fitness activities combined with demonstration of, and participation in, basic dynamic warm-up skills, plyometric/agility exercises, powerlifting movements, and weightlifting movements. The information and activities will be structured in such a manor as to ensure safety, learning, an increase in fitness level, and instill a lifelong love of both fitness and weightlifting:

  • General Warm-up
  • Conditioning/Dynamic Warm-up
  • Specific Warm-up
  • Strength & Power Training
  • Shoulder Isos
  • Abs/Low Back
  • Stretching

SIGN-UPS will take place on the first day of the session
Cost $90.00 / 6 week session Winter, Spring, and Summer
***Discounts available for multiple children, or multiple session sign-up****
Please have checks payable to Hillsborough Twp. School District
