Baseline Impact Test:
Please read the instructions below regarding the impact test. Any athlete who has not completed this test before the first day of practice may not participate until the test is completed and cleared. The deadline for the test will be
March 6, 2024. .
Uniforms:
All athletes will need a uniform, the store is open and will close on Friday March 15th. The only item required is the singlet and the black shorts.
Please stop by my room 502 to be sized correctly, I have samples you can try on in both the tight fit and the loose fit.
Practice:
Finally, the first day of practice is Thursday March 14th, time trials (800m or 200m) will be on Friday the 15th. We practice everyday right after school and Saturday's 10-12.
